Established in the year 1993, Rungta Art Processors Pvt Ltd. has now become one of the largest and the most comprehensive printing and dyeing mills in the country. Rightly considered as the trendsetter in the industry, Rungta Art Processor is equipped with advanced machinery to accomplish excellent quality prints and dyes on a wide range of fabrics including Nylon, Cotton, and Polyester. The factory has the capacity to dye and print 80 million meters of fabric every year. The company is being managed by a highly dedicated team of professionals that are well versed in the art of modern management techniques laying great emphasis on working together leading to a good corporate culture within the department. In more than two decades of its establishment, the company has created several benchmarks and established milestones for the forthcoming generations. Rungta Art Processors Private Limited is an integrated textile processing that provides an extensive range of high-quality services such as printing and dyeing of fabrics. Our specialization lies in the processing of Dyed, Printed and Pleated Polyester fabrics. All the fabrics are produced inhouse, employing the most advanced equipment from technology leaders. TRANSFORMATION OF BUSINESS OVER THE YEARS

Started as a Dyeing Mill of Shirting fabrics i.e Cotton & Polyester-Cotton Blends with production capacity of 50000 meters per day in 1993.
Doubling the production Capacity to 100000 per month in 1998.
Started Dyeing of Polyester & Nylon Fabrics in 1999.
Started Ombrey Printing in the year 2000.
Expanding capabilities through addition of Flat-Belt Printing Setup in 2001.

2017: As of now known as the ‘BIG BAZAAR’ in the field of Textile Fabric Processing Industry, referring to our vast capabilities & huge process Line-Up, we continuously strive to satisfy our huge customer base on a daily basis and pave our way to create more growth opportunities and expand our footprints in the global market.
2018: Increased production capacity to 200000 meters a day
2019: Developed skills in fancy printing techniques like Foiling, Khadi and Ink Print.
2021: Upgrading most of our old machinery, Rungta Facility now has capabilities to dye 8000 meters in a single color in single batch. Major upgradation in machinery while reducing the number of batches but increasing the batch size to have better control over quality was the upgrade agenda.

Infrastructure

At Rungta Art Processors, we have voluntarily installed a holistic infrastructure that meets generic as well as explicit requirements of the textile industry.

Quality Control

All our fabric is put through a rigorous testing procedure at our laboratory in the first stage to ensure optimal quality and shade consistency, color matching, lustrous feel after being processed, and the bulk fabric then gets thoroughly checked before it leaves the factory. We have a dedicated team of professional Quality Inspectors and a predefined standard Quality checking system to ensure proper checking of fabrics before dispatch.

Printing

This is the stage where Rungta Art Processor appends designs and patterns to the fabric as aspired to give the fabric a unique look. We implement different techniques and styles of printing from basic floral prints to complex geometrical and asymmetrical designs. Our printing facility is equipped with 4 Flat belt printing machines and 2 Rotary Printing machines with a printable width of up to 60 inches and capacity of production of about 1,00,000 meters per day. Our specialization in fabric printing not only means we have the latest software and technology to ensure the prints that are accurate and consistent; we also have the in-house expertise to provide advice on the type of design or pattern to apply and recommend suitable colour combinations.

Dyeing

Rungta Art processor’s colour laboratory provides you unprecedented colour accuracy thanks to the most advanced automated colour matching system and dyeing equipment. Our dye house produces 1,20,000 meters per day of fabric and has a total of 45 dyeing machines that includes long jet, soft flow, jet dyeing, sample jet, jigger dyeing and Beam dyeing machines. We offer fabric dyeing in more than 2000 colours and unlimited shades thereby allowing our customers great flexibility in purchasing. All dyestuffs and chemicals used are selected according to the globally accepted standards that are not harmful to humans as well as the environment.

Tie-Dye

Tie and Dye is a manual dyeing process that adds a variety of colourful designs and vibrant style to the fabric. Splendid effects are created by binding, folding or simply scrunching the fabric before dyeing it. We constantly work hard to form excellent tie-dye techniques that can transform a basic piece of fabric into an exceptional, trendy merchandise. Our tie-dye methods are all prepared by a team of extremely skilled workers. Our designs vary from the spiral, horizontal, vertical and diagonal patterns. It is a handmade traditional process that is accomplished on our premises by a team of 20 proficient artists.
