JOB DESCRIPTION

• Effectively Communicate & Build Corporate Relations with the buyers i.e. Buying Houses & Garment Exporters and generate sales for the company.
• Travel and Visit clients in the city and surrounding districts & even overseas as and when required for business purposes and represent the company in trade events/trade fairs.
• Project, Evaluate, Plan and carry out actions to meet the monthly and annual company sales target.
• Forecast future demand and coordinate with the development team to customise, create and submit samples to cope up with Buyer’s Demands.
• Application of learning and experience to streamline sales processes.
  
• Travel to factory/office in surat as and when necessary to educate team on what needs to be improved and also to improve knowledge about new fabrics and processing which will both ensure enhanced sales. 
• Coordinate with Factory’s merchandising team for costing and quotations, Negotiate and Finalise orders with the Buyer.
• Tactfully handling and resolving complains/grievances of customers with regards to sales or service.
• Direct and Cooperate with the Merchandising team, Plan, Follow Up, & strive for meeting customer’s demand be it Production Order or Sample Development timely.
• Solve any discrepancies effectively with the customer related to accounts or shipments, while being ethical and smart to ensure smooth flow of payments on time.

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Be technically and practically well-versed in Textile Fabrics & Fabric Processing and challenges faced in the same.
• Being Self-Motivated and having an ability to work independently without any need for supervision.
• Be a Problem solver, Quick Thinker and Smart Handler.
• Ability to work under constrains and make the most out of available resources.
• Have team-building and managing capabilities along with persuasion skills for relationship building at personal and team levels.
• Have good communication and presentation skills & be proficient in speaking/Writing English Language.
• Basic Knowledge in Computers (Mailing/ Maintaining Excel/ Info. Management/ ERP)
