PURPOSE

Managing the flow of a product from the manufacturer to the consumer and ensuring the money flows back to the company.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• To improve knowledge about fabrics and it’s processing through indulging in sample development and frequent visits to Mill & Weavers.
• Forecast and study future trends and coordinate with the factory to develop samples to cope up with Buyer’s Demands.
• Visit and present the new product developments to Exporters, Brands and Buying Houses.
  
• Reviewing developments/requirements received from the buyer online or offline, putting the same into work and conveying the necessary information to our team and the buyer effectively while following up on the same.
  
• Ensure that all information is accounted for in written form in excel or in Company’s ERP system.
• Workout initial costing, give production callouts and price negotiation with the buyer, and finalisation of sales order sheet.
  
• Workout and negotiate best prices while purchasing, be sure to communicate right specs while purchasing, and ensure timely delivery.
• Review and sign purchase bills, production bills, courier bills and submitting it to accounts dept. timely.
• Communicate with the buyer on constant basis to get updates on newness in the market, get maximum queries and ensure maximum conversion of sales.
  
• Followup with customers timely for payments and take necessary action to ensure payments are received in time.
• Cooperate with the Production team, Plan, Follow Up, & strive for meeting customer’s demand be it Production Order or Sample Development timely.

• Be theoretically & practically well-versed in Textile Fabrics & Fabric Processing.
• Have good presentation skills & be Proficient in speaking/Writing English Language.
• Basic Knowledge in Computers (Mailing/ Maintaining Excel/ Info. Management/ ERP).
