QUALIFICATIONS. REQUIRED B.Tech/B.E. (Specialisation in Textiles)/Fashion Designer/ Fashion Merchandiser

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • To improve knowledge about fabrics and it’s processing through indulging in sample development and frequent mill visits.
  • Forecast and study future trends and coordinate with the factory to develop samples to cope up with Buyer’s Demands.
  • Execute developments/requirements received from the buyer online or offline, putting the same into work.
  • Conveying the necessary information to our team and the buyer effectively while following up on the same.
  • Maintain all records on company’s ERP system be it LEADs, Dispatch/Courier Details, Callouts, Costings and necessary Trackers.
  • Timely reporting the Merchandising Operations Manager, conveying and confirming every little detail regarding sample/order through mail with appropriate team and the buyer.
  • Reviewing and signing sampling bills, courier bills and submitting it to accounts dept. timely.
  • Cooperate with the Production team, Plan, Follow Up, & strive for meeting customer’s demand be it Production Order or Sample Development timely.

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Be theoretically well-versed in Textile Fabrics & Fabric Processing.
  • Be Proficient in speaking/Writing English Language and basic Mathematic calculations.
  • Basic Knowledge in Computers (Mailing/ Maintaining Excel/ Info. Management/ ERP)
